faq

about shipping:

orders are sent via australia post and will be sent out on the thursday following your order (if the thursday is an australian public holiday the package will be sent the day after).

tracking is sent via email for every order with tracked shipping. if you have an order with tracked shipping you have not received an email with a tracking number, please check your junk mail box before contacting fukuroguro@gmail.com

orders containing only stickers are sent without tracking. please order at your own risk.

international shipping:

international orders are sent via australia post and include a tracking number if the order contains stationery or pins. please be aware that for certain countries tracking can be limited and therefore may not update during every step of the mail process- this is unfortunately not something i can control and is based on the shipping courier and the country you reside in.

international mail processing can take a minimum of 2 weeks to arrive and all international orders will contain a customs form.

also i know international tracked shipping is expensive – i’m sorry! unfortunately shipping is based on charges from our mail carrier (australia post).

address change:

if you have placed an order and made a mistake with the address, please email fukuroguro@gmail.com immediately for a change as we ship packages with the address included in the invoice. address changes cannot be made once shipped and fukurōgurō is not responsible for returned or lost mail due to an invalid address. any cost incurred due to returned mail or address mistakes will be the responsibility of the customer, otherwise the order will be cancelled. to avoid this please double check your address when making your order.

returns/exchanges:

fukurōgurō does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, so please consider this before placing an order. returns for items damaged in transit will be made on a case-by-case basis.

candles:

“it’s time to cuddle the cat” candles are sold exclusively at the fukurōgurō market stall in sydney, they are not available for online purchase due to shipping costs. for notifications on upcoming market stalls please visit the fukurōgurō instagram or facebook pages or sign up to our mailing list.
